• Applying for membership of Midhurst Camera Club for this season.
• Agreeing to abide by the rules of the Club.
• Giving permission for your photographs to be exhibited as part of any Midhurst Camera Club display.
• Giving permission for your details to be held on the Club's database.

When completing the form please indicate if you give consent for your photographs to be available for sale through the Club (copyright remains with the photographer at all times).

If you are under 18 years of age you will need to complete a paper application form and ask your parent or guardian to counter sign.

Subscriptions

Annual membership fees (£30 - full member, £15 - half year membership (January onwards) and part time students), free for full time students) must be paid when joining the Club./p>

Fees can be paid at the first meeting you attend by either cash or cheque (payable to Midhurst Camera Club), or more preferably, paid on-line using telephone or computer banking.
