One way that we try to help each other improve our photography is to run workshops on camera techniques and digital imaging.
These two workshops are run throughout the season, generally monthly.
These workshops are practical and allow members the opportunity to learn hands on.
The camera technique workshops cover all aspects of using your camera.
Whereas in the digital imaging workshops we learn how to edit on computer using software such as Photoshop, using state of the art digital equipment, thanks to the "Arts for All" scheme funded by the National Lottery.

DPI Competitions/Digital Workflow
This workshop has designed for those new to DPI competitions and workflow. It will cover saving your photograph to the computer, saving for DPI competitions, saving for the MCC website and discuss ways of keeping your photographs safe.
Please note this is designed for BEGINNERS. A more advanced workshop will be run later in the Club Season.

This workshop will look at Free Photo Editing Software and what it can achieve. It will look at internet based software and the software that comes packaged with windows and also free downloads.
